你是否電影發燒友?你會否是黃家衛或李安的接班人?又也許你喜歡用手提電話拍攝YOUTUBE短片?倫敦國際廣播電台全力支持東方國際電影節，誠意邀請你參加第一屆【一分鐘影像大賽】。參賽主題為【中國印象】，体裁不限，講求原創。入圍30名，設獎項10項。頒獎禮將展映入圍作品，十名獲獎者將可與嘉賓及觀眾會面交流。倫敦國際廣播電台特加設【英國華人優秀影像大獎】，鼓勵本地華人參與這一次難得的盛事。得獎者可獲甘泉航空送出來回香港機票一張。

Are you a budding Film-Maker? Or you just enjoy making YouTube movies for fun on your mobile phone? Spectrum Radio is supporting the One Minute Award at the Filming East Festival 2007. The short film competition is open to the general public, with the theme 'One Minute China'. 30 selected submissions will be screened during the festival and potentially in China next year. 10 winners will be selected at the Festival. Spectrum Radio will present an additional award to the best UK Chinese entry: the winner will receive a return flight ticket to Hong Kong on Oasis Airline.
